Aqidah at-Tahawiyya — Foundations of Sunni Creed
A structured study of Imam Abu Jafar al-Tahawi's classical statement of the creed of Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-Jamaah (d. 321 AH). Across six weeks the course unpacks tawhid and the divine names, the attributes of Allah affirmed without anthropomorphism (tashbih) or negation (tatil), the uncreated speech of Allah, prophethood and the finality of Muhammad ﷺ, the divine decree (qadar), and the events of the Last Day. It closes with the distinctive identity of Ahl as-Sunnah: love of the Companions and the Prophetic household, and restraint from declaring the people of the qibla disbelievers.

Arabic for Quran Learners
A foundational course that takes the complete beginner from recognising Arabic letters to reading a short Qur'anic ayah word by word. Students master the alphabet and its points of articulation, the short and long vowel marks, the joining of letters, and the core nouns, pronouns and grammar (the definite article, gender, number) needed to read the Book of Allah with understanding. Taught with the manners (adab) of speech valued in the Ahl as-Sunnah tradition.

Drawn from the Qur'anic descriptions of the believers — such as Surah al-Mu'minun — and the noble Sunnah, this course studies the inner and outer attributes that mark a true Muslim: truthfulness, trustworthiness, modesty, patience, gratitude, mercy, and justice. Usool al-Fiqh
Usool al-Fiqh is the science of how legal rulings are derived from revelation. This course studies the four agreed sources (Qur'an, Sunnah, ijma', qiyas), the secondary principles, the categories of rulings and the rules of language that govern derivation — grounded in the Hanafi school while respectfully noting where the four madhahib differ. It is educational and not a substitute for a qualified mufti.
